Smartphonemaken / SecondLifeParts – Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and must be suitable for resale.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to smartphone parts such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, or other internal components once they have been installed, tested, used, or if protective seals or films have been removed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product and are issued using the original payment method.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery, including clear photo or video evidence.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders:
Orders placed by businesses, companies, or self-employed professionals (B2B) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Returns, refunds, or cancellations for B2B orders are not accepted, unless explicitly agreed in writing or in case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
