This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via Smartphonemaken / SecondLifeParts, established in Belgium.

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, and other European Union countries.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as bpost, PostNL, DHL, or equivalent shipping partners.
Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout.

4. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times (business days):
- Belgium: 1–2 days
- Netherlands: 1–3 days
- Other EU countries: 2–5 days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged Deliveries
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

For EU deliveries, VAT is applied according to applicable EU regulations.
Any additional duties or charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
