These Terms of Service apply to all use of this webshop and all orders placed via Smartphonemaken / SecondLifeParts, established in Belgium. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made via this webshop, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Products and Information
We make every effort to display products accurately. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Smartphone parts are intended for professional or experienced use. Incorrect installation may cause damage for which we cannot be held liable.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Payments are processed via secure payment providers supported by Shopify.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or change prices at any time.

5. Orders
An order is final once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or force majeure.

6. Delivery
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
This right does not apply to smartphone parts such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, or internal components once they have been installed, tested, used, or if protective seals or films have been removed.

8. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by statutory warranty.
We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or third-party repairs.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery via info@smartphonemaken.be.
We aim to respond within 14 days.

10. B2B Orders
Orders placed by businesses or self-employed professionals (B2B) are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this webshop, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Smartphonemaken / SecondLifeParts and may not be used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
In case of disputes, the courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
